Bermuda Battle Royale

The classic 50-player drop on Bermuda Remastered. Loot rotations, shrinking safe zone and the final-circle gloo wall standoffs that decide whether your squad takes the Booyah.

Clash Squad Ranked

Round-based 4v4 with an economy system — buy weapons, armour and gloo walls between rounds. Best of seven decides the match, and ranked points carry into your seasonal Clash Squad tier.

Free Fire Fairness Signals

How Free Fire stays clean as a competitive title.

Garena Published

Free Fire is developed by 111dots Studio and published by Garena, an established SEA mobile publisher. The title runs on official Garena servers, not third-party emulated lobbies.

Anti-Cheat Active

Garena's anti-hack system scans for aimbot, wallhack and speed modifications each match. Confirmed cheaters lose access permanently, with bans surfaced in the public security broadcast.

Server Routing

Indonesia matches route through SEA data centres for sub-100ms ping in most regions. Server health is reported on the Garena status page when maintenance windows hit.

Ranked Integrity

Seasonal ranked resets and the diamond-tier audit catch boosting attempts. Squad win-trading patterns are flagged automatically and reviewed before season-end rewards drop.

Patch Cadence

Garena ships balance patches roughly every six weeks, rotating character skill numbers and weapon damage. Patch notes go public before deployment so you can adjust your loadout.

Age Suitability

Free Fire carries a 12+ rating across SEA app stores due to combat content. We surface the rating on the tile and recommend the title for supported regions only.

PLATFORM COMPARISON

Free Fire vs Other Game Tiles

How Free Fire stacks up against the sibling pages in our lobby.

01

vs Mobile Legends

Free Fire is 50-player Battle Royale; Mobile Legends is 5v5 MOBA. Matches are shorter in Free Fire and the skill curve leans on aim rather than lane macro.

02

vs PUBG Mobile

Same Battle Royale shape, but Free Fire matches end faster — 50 players, smaller maps, ten-minute rounds. Lower device specs needed too, runs cleanly on entry-level Android.

03

vs Call of Duty Mobile

COD Mobile leans into multiplayer modes with heavier graphics; Free Fire prioritises BR pacing and lighter installs. Free Fire wins on phone compatibility, COD wins on visual fidelity.

04

vs Genshin Impact

Genshin is single-player open-world RPG with gacha; Free Fire is competitive squad shooter. Different sessions entirely — Genshin for evenings, Free Fire for quick commute rounds.

05

vs Clash Royale

Clash Royale is three-minute card duels; Free Fire is ten-minute squad survival. Both phone-first, but Free Fire demands aim and positioning over deck-building decisions.

06

vs Valorant Mobile

Valorant Mobile is tactical 5v5 with abilities; Free Fire is BR-first with optional 4v4. Free Fire's character skills are lighter-touch than Valorant's full ability kits.

07

vs Sweet Bonanza

Sweet Bonanza is a Pragmatic slot — passive spin sessions. Free Fire is active competitive play. Same lobby, very different headspaces depending on what your evening looks like.

Free Fire Questions We Hear Often

A full BR round runs roughly ten minutes from plane drop to final circle. If your squad gets eliminated early you can re-queue immediately, so total session length is entirely up to you.

Yes — Free Fire runs on Android 4.1 and 1GB RAM as a minimum. The standard client is under 600MB, which is why it stays popular on entry-level phones across Indonesia.

Same gameplay and shared matchmaking, but Free Fire Max ships with Ultra HD textures, 60fps support and improved effects. Pick Max if your phone has 2GB+ RAM and you want better visuals.

Seasons run roughly two months. You climb from Bronze through Heroic and Grandmaster by winning matches and placing high. Ranks reset partially each season, dropping you a few tiers to re-climb.

Most characters are unlockable with in-game gold earned from playing. Premium characters like Alok and Chrono can be bought with diamonds, but their skills are balanced through patches rather than locked behind paywalls.

You can party with friends on the same SEA server cluster — Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand. Cross-region squads outside SEA aren't supported because matchmaking routes through regional data centres.

Free Fire holds your slot for about two minutes. Reconnect inside that window and you drop back into the same match with your loadout intact. Past the window your character stays AI-controlled until eliminated.
